New student parents, please click on the icon to the left to create a parent enrollment account. Once you create an account, you will get an email with a secure link to fill out enrollment paperwork.

If you already have a student in the district, you will need to access this link through the New Student Online Enrollment tab in your Skyward account.

Out of District Students need to complete an Out of District Application. Please email completed application.

Prior Student Enrollment

Note: This is for students who attended a different district last year and are returning to USD #440 district this year.

If you know your previous Skyward login, you can login under "Enrollment Access" to complete the enrollment applications. If you do not remember your login, please click on the "Forgot Login/Password" link to have an email sent with your login information. Once the pre-enrollment is completed, your Skyward account will be reactivated to complete enrollment.
