2023-2024 School Year

The purpose of the KCTC Survey is to annually and anonymously survey 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th graders.  The survey provides valuable insights on the health risk behaviors and opinions of students in our county, district, and schools today — so that we can identify and fund the programs and activities our community needs to support our students.
