Quality Home, Your Design, Incredible Value
Halstead High School’s Vocational Carpentry Program seeks to pre-sell next year’s house. You provide the site, foundation or basement and arrange the moving as the house is built during the year on piers behind the school. This customized house is available at “cost plus 10%.” Cost consists of actual invoices for materials, equipment, and professional trades. The teacher and students’ work, tools and equipment, utilities and insurance are excluded from the cost. A $1,500 rebate applies if the house is set in USD 440. For information, call Supt.
